Tekion is seeking a Staff Product Manager - Accounting to join their team in Pleasanton, CA. In this role, the individual will be responsible for financial products used by CFOs, controllers, and accounting teams within dealerships. The Staff Product Manager will drive innovation, define strategy, and execute initiatives to enhance financial products.Tekion is looking for someone to:
  • Define product strategy and maintain a prioritized roadmap.
  • Engage end-users to understand their objectives and pain-points.
  • Lead end-to-end product execution.
  • Drive innovation and automation within dealerships’ financial management processes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and GTM teams.
  • Create clear and comprehensive documentation.
  • Build deep knowledge of the product functionality.
Requirements for the role include:
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience with at least 3 years as a product manager.
  • Experience conceptualizing and launching scalable, user-facing, B2B SaaS products.
  • Experience with ERP applications in financial management.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Leadership mindset with a talent for inspiring teams and solving complex problems.
  • Ability to work independently.
