Job Description
Tekion is seeking a Senior Program Delivery Manager to oversee OEM programs. This role involves planning, implementing, and reporting on programs to meet organizational goals. The Senior Program Manager will develop new programs, allocate resources, manage project deliverables, and provide executive management reports.
Responsibilities: - Ensure OEM programs meet goals for customer satisfaction, compliance, quality, and team member performance.
- Manage changes to ensure project goals are achieved.
- Facilitate communication between Tekion, OEM, and internal teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve Tekion solutions using OEM inputs.
- Produce accurate and timely program status reports.
- Analyze program risks.
- Manage product-related responsibilities around OEM programs, integrations, and design.
- Identify, engage, and develop relationships with major stakeholders at OEM and vendor partner levels.
- Create integration timelines in alignment with OEM and product/engineering teams.
- Drive integrations with OEM partners and develop strategies to overcome blockers.
- Introduce and present Tekion products and services at all OEM and vendor partner levels.
- Understand integration needs with vendor partners and drive those integrations with the Product/Engineering team.
- Train the field team on how to use/test integrations.
- Become an expert on DMS integrations on both the OEM and vendor partner sides.
- Represent Tekion at conferences and trade shows.
- Work with OEMs, dealers, and vendor partners to identify use cases, integration requirements, business cases, and end-user experiences.
- Oversee and own the entire integrations process end-to-end.
- Establish trusting communication with commercial, product, and engineering teams.
- Communicate succinctly with customers, including CIOs/CTOs.
Requirements: - 7+ years of project/program management experience.
- Experience defining product requirements, prioritization, and collaboration with product and engineering teams.
- Sales mindedness and/or experience is a plus.
- High level of interpersonal communication skills.
- Responsible, organized, creative, and excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in software products such as Word, Excel, SharePoint, Confluence, and PowerPoint.
- Strong business ethic.
- High energy and self-starter with the ability to succeed in team and independent environments.
