Flow Traders is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Office Manager to lead the delivery of an excellent and consistent employee experience across its offices in APAC. The ideal candidate will be a team player, actively coordinating the office management agenda in partnership with the wider office management and HR team. What This Role Involves: - Driving employee experience across APAC offices.
- Managing communication related to facilities and employee welfare.
- Planning and organizing employee engagement events.
- Seeking feedback from staff and making necessary changes.
- Driving sustainability efforts.
- Owning the travel booking process.
- Maintaining Business Continuity Plans and Emergency Response plans.
- Coordinating projects in the region.
- Adapting to changing business needs.
- Stationed at the reception area to attend to visitors and guests.
Requirements: - 4 to 5 years of relevant office management experience.
- Experience in planning and organizing mid to large scale employee engagement events.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, pro-active, and with a get-things-done attitude.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Polished and professional interpersonal communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
