Principal Product Manager, Web3 Risk Controls

Job Description

OKX is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the development of Web3 risk controls. The role involves platform planning and system design, advanced risk control capability development, algorithm model and strategy collaboration, and industry-level solution exploration. The Principal Product Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end design and iteration of a company-wide data governance platform, building a high-reliability data labeling system, and developing a unified feature platform.Role involves:

• Leading end-to-end design and iteration of a company-wide data governance platform
• Building a high-reliability data labeling system
• Developing a unified feature platform
• Designing scalable data correlation rules and automated analysis mechanisms
• Spearheading cross-dimensional data analysis
• Partnering with algorithm teams to develop high-accuracy risk detection models
• Establishing real-time data updates and feedback loops
• Researching cutting-edge technologies

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience at large-scale internet/fintech companies
• 5+ years focused on risk control systems, data labeling, or ML platform product management
• Proven ability to formulate product strategies, deliver solutions, and resolve cross-functional challenges
• Deep expertise in risk modeling methodologies and practical experience deploying ML algorithms
• Strong knowledge of data governance and compliance standards
• Outstanding cross-department leadership to standardize processes and align stakeholders
