Job Description

OKX is seeking a Compliance Quality Assurance Engineer to join their Compliance team in Hong Kong. The Compliance team ensures OKX operates according to regulatory requirements while upholding ethical standards. The ideal candidate will contribute to building user trust in the platform through compliance service solutions and robust business growth.

Role involves:

  • Creating test plans and test cases for compliance systems.
  • Building and maintaining automated testing frameworks.
  • Developing test automation solutions for regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborating with development teams to improve testability.
  • Participating in code reviews.
  • Designing and implementing compliance observability systems.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Software Quality Assurance with automated testing.
  • 3+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory technology.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and KYC/AML requirements.
  • Proficiency in Java.
  • Experience with test automation frameworks and tools (Python, JavaScript).
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
