Job Description
OKX is seeking a Senior Product Manager/Director, AI Growth, to lead the development and execution of AI-driven growth features on its platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in prompt engineering, hands-on experience building and maintaining AI agents and MCP, and a proven track record of launching AI products from 0 to 1, ideally in financial services.This role involves:
  • Developing and implementing AI-driven growth strategies.
  • Leading prompt design and optimization.
  • Architecting, building, and maintaining AI agent frameworks and a scalable Model Compute Platform (MCP).
  • Driving end-to-end product development from ideation through launch and post-launch optimization.
  • Continuously scanning the AI landscape to inform roadmap decisions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives and ensure rapid delivery of growth features.
OKX is looking for someone who has:
  • 5+ years in product management, including 1+ years in AI-focused roles with growth orientation.
  • Proven ability to design and refine prompts for LLMs.
  • Familiarity with AI agent frameworks.
  • Demonstrated success in launching AI products from concept to market, preferably in financial or fintech domains.
  • Strong understanding of transformer architectures and LLM internals.
  • Exceptional data-driven decision-making, strategic thinking, and clear communication abilities.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
