Job Description
Diligent is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to partner with stakeholders in identifying technical solutions that enhance integrations, streamline, and automate HR data delivery and synchronization. This role is crucial for maintaining the security, accuracy, and integrity of HR data. The Senior HRIS Analyst will report to the Director of HR Operations.
Role involves:
- Gathering requirements and translating them into technical designs.
- Developing reports, interfaces, and workflow solutions using Oracle tools such as Oracle BI Publisher and APIs.
- Maintaining and updating system configurations, upgrades, and data in the HRIS platform (Oracle).
- Maintaining technical documentation.
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience with development and support, including Oracle PL/SQL and writing stored procedures and functions.
- Exceptional attention to detail and data integrity.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a customer service orientation.
- Adherence to strict confidentiality requirements and protection of sensitive HR data.
