Job Description
Forma.ai is seeking a Manager of Customer Operations to join their team. This role involves working closely with new and existing customers to implement product features, manage the operational aspects of the platform, and optimize client's sales performance management processes. The Customer Operations team supports customers in identifying ways to enhance their sales compensation programs.

What this role involves:
  • Owning day-to-day customer relationships with senior client stakeholders.
  • Acting as an architect for new customers, translating data inputs into system logic.
  • Completing updates, enhancements, and change requests independently.
  • Articulating customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
  • Managing customer expectations regarding deliverables and timelines.
  • Developing expertise in Sales Performance Management (SPM).


Requirements:
  • Education in Engineering, Commerce, Mathematics, or Statistics.
  • 4+ years of relevant working experience.
  • Experience with large datasets and understanding of database structures.
  • Proficiency in Excel for data profiling and aggregation.
  • Understanding of data architecture and process flows.
  • Analytical problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to take ownership in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of analytical and presentation tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
