Job Description
Mirakl is seeking an Engineering Manager Java to join their Connect team. This role involves leading a team of developers and testers, contributing to technical decisions, and ensuring project coordination. The Engineering Manager will play a crucial role in the design, construction, adoption, and success of Mirakl Connect, an innovative solution aimed at simplifying the lives of marketplace sellers.
Role Involves:
- Managing and mentoring a team of 4-5 developers and 1 tester.
- Conducting one-on-one meetings and performance reviews.
- Contributing to code development and code reviews.
- Coordinating technical and functional projects.
- Serving as a point of contact for product and design teams.
- Coaching and developing team members.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in team management.
- 5 years of experience in Java development.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Java, Spring, SQL, cloud technologies, and microservices.
- Professional English proficiency.
