Job Description
Eucalyptus is seeking a Patient Services Representative to support its clinics' patients through various conditions via email and phone. The role involves collaborating remotely with doctors, pharmacies, and delivery partners, as well as identifying opportunities to improve products, processes, or service. The Patient Services Representative will be working for UK support.

Responsibilities:
  • Support patients through a range of conditions, via email and phone
  • Support markets in rotating shifts
  • Collaborate remotely with doctors, pharmacies, and delivery partners
  • Identify opportunities to improve products, processes, or service

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in customer care or equivalent
  • Interest in healthcare and wellness
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with computer skills and customer service software
  • Willingness to work a late mid-shift schedule between 2 PM -1 AM or 6 PM - 3 AM Manila time, with no fixed weekend off
  • Experience in a healthcare company is a plus
  • Experience in quality assurance and process assurance is a plus
  • Experience handling English phone lines is a plus
