Chainguard is seeking a motivated sales leader to manage a team of Account Executives. The Manager of Commercial Sales will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team focused on acquiring new customers and building pipeline. This role reports to the Director of Commercial Sales and collaborates with cross-functional teams.
What this role involves:
- Reporting to the Director of Commercial Sales
- Focusing on territory planning and execution
- Developing and implementing sales strategies
- Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline
- Fostering a collaborative environment
- Building and improving processes for team member on-boarding
- Driving alignment with supporting teams
Requirements:
- Located in the Central or Eastern Time Zones
- 5+ years of experience in selling a technical product
- 1+ years of experience managing software sales teams
- Startup experience preferred
- Knowledge of MEDDPICC framework
- Experience recruiting, retaining, and developing a team
