Lead - DevOps Engineer

Job Description

Zenoti is seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to join their team in Hyderabad. Zenoti provides an all-in-one, cloud-based software solution for the beauty and wellness industry.This role involves implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions, developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, performing hands-on implementation of cloud infrastructure, troubleshooting infrastructure issues, automating routine tasks, managing Kubernetes clusters, and collaborating with development teams.Responsibilities:

• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform hands-on implementation of cloud infrastructure in Azure and AWS.
• Conduct code reviews and participate in pair programming sessions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and deployment issues.
• Automate routine operational tasks using scripting and tools.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment processes.
• Document technical solutions, procedures, and knowledge.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of overall experience in Software Engineering with 4+ years of hands-on DevOps experience.
• Strong technical proficiency in Terraform.
• Proven experience building and managing infrastructure in Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
• Advanced scripting abilities in Python and PowerShell.
• Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools ideally Azure DevOps and Jenkins.
• Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, security best practices, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to mentor junior team members.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.

Nice to have:

• Azure or AWS certifications.
• Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Azure Monitor.
• Knowledge of GitOps workflows and tools like Flux or ArgoCD.
• Experience with infrastructure testing frameworks.
• Experience in Team City
