Senior Product Manager

Job Description

Zenoti is seeking a Senior Product Manager to define market requirements and package features into product releases. The Senior Product Manager will interact with development leads, product architects, other product managers, and key customers. Zenoti is a cloud-based software solution for the beauty and wellness industry.Role involves:

• Gathering requirements from existing and potential customers
• Writing functional requirements documents
• Building agile product backlogs
• Managing the delivery of features
• Working through the entire product cycle as the advocate for end-users and customers

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in teams
• Ability to deal with ambiguity
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Ability to balance high-level understanding and detailed specs
• Good understanding of mobile, web, and cloud technology
• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Technical Product Manager
• Technical or engineering background
• MBA from a premier management institute desired
