Job Description
Zenoti is seeking a Sales Development Representative to generate and qualify sales leads within the beauty and wellness industry in Indonesia. Zenoti provides an all-in-one, cloud-based software solution, empowering businesses to manage various aspects, from online bookings to marketing programs. The ideal candidate will collaborate with sales and lead generation teams to identify new opportunities and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers.
Role Involves:
- Sourcing new sales opportunities.
- Following up on inbound leads and conducting outbound prospecting/cold calling.
- Creating and qualifying opportunities by understanding customer needs.
- Researching accounts and building relationships with key decision-makers.
- Maintaining and expanding a database of prospects.
- Teaming with channel partners to build sales pipeline and close deals.
- Assessing, qualifying, and transferring leads to Account Executives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred (or equivalent professional experience).
- Proven experience in Inside Sales, sales or lead generation.
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing high volume of calls per day.
- Very strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Business acumen, to understand the landscape of the opportunity, and the needs of prospective customers.
- Ability to conceptualize and explain complex concepts in a clear and compelling way.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively and independently.
- Must have knowledge of social networking sites and popular business directories.
- Experience in the salon, spa, medical spa, or fitness industry a plus.
