Job Description
Zenoti is seeking a Senior Product Support Specialist to join their support team. This role is based in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. The Product Support Specialist will assist customers in effectively utilizing Zenoti to manage their businesses. Zenoti is a cloud-based software solution for the beauty and wellness industry.Zenoti is a company valued at over $1 billion, powers over 30,000 salons, spas, medspas and fitness studios in over 50 countries.   • Receiving inbound help requests from customers via phone, chat, and email.
  • Owning customer reported issues and seeing problems through to resolution.
  • Consulting with customers to ensure their business operations run effectively on Zenoti.
  • Researching, documenting, and prioritizing customer issues.
  • Providing peer mentorship to team members.
  • Creating knowledge base materials dedicated towards operational efficiency.
  • Providing feedback about challenges customers have with using our product.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year in a public-facing, English speaking service position.
  • Experience running a Point-of-Sale or reservations system.
  • Tenaciousness and perseverance.
  • A technology-centric background with demonstrated curiosity and self-learning.
