Flagstone is seeking an experienced Operations Director to provide leadership and strategic direction to its onboarding and client services teams. The Operations Director will drive operational excellence by establishing and ensuring the achievement of company OKRs. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine processes, implement technology, and elevate the client experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leadership within the financial services industry and a client-first mindset.Role involves:
