Job Description
Adyen is seeking a Team Lead for Credit Risk in APAC, based in Singapore. This role involves leading a team of professionals managing financial risk from enterprise merchants and new products. The Team Lead will guide and mentor the team, ensure high-quality work, and collaborate with Credit Risk teams in Chicago and Amsterdam. They will work closely with Commercial, Product, and Legal teams, focusing on limiting Adyen’s exposure to credit losses.
What this role involves:
- Leading the Singapore-based team responsible for managing financial risk from the merchant portfolio.
- Engaging with key stakeholders to improve risk management procedures.
- Instituting accountability and tracking team progress.
- Defining and communicating team objectives and goals.
- Coaching and mentoring team members.
- Recruiting talented Credit Risk Analysts.
- Being an ambassador of the Adyen Formula.
