Job Description
Adyen is seeking an Inventory Control & Quality Assurance Manager to enhance its hardware supply chain for in-person payments. This role involves overseeing QA and inventory control across Adyen's global 3PL network, ensuring consistency and compliance. The manager will standardize inventory management across multiple warehouses, manage payment terminals, and develop SOPs. They will also lead audits, conduct root cause analyses, and drive continuous improvement. This position requires cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Product, Procurement, and Finance. The ideal candidate will shape and elevate physical operations globally.Role involves:
  • Developing and maintaining SOPs for inventory control and quality assurance.
  • Investigating quality issues and implementing corrective actions.
  • Conducting regular on-site audits at warehouses.
  • Collaborating with various teams to resolve issues and provide reporting to leadership.
Requirements:
  • 6-10 years of experience in hardware warehouse operations.
  • Deep knowledge of inventory control and QA practices.
  • Experience managing 3PL relationships.
  • Ability to develop and implement warehousing SOPs and conduct internal audits.
  • Experience conducting root cause analysis and driving CAPA.
  • Experience working on international projects.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
