The Role Involves:
  • Supporting customer inquiries related to disputes and chargeback claims.
  • Sharing constructive product feedback.
  • Serving as a product specialist for merchants.
  • Optimizing and automating processes.
  • Providing operational assistance to merchants troubleshooting issues.

Requirements:
  • Support experience involving disputes and chargeback claims.
  • Proven ability to kickstart projects and initiatives.
  • Affinity for technical and operational processes.
  • Experience in an international technology driven company or role is a plus.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
