The Role Involves:
Supporting customer inquiries related to disputes and chargeback claims.
Sharing constructive product feedback.
Serving as a product specialist for merchants.
Optimizing and automating processes.
Providing operational assistance to merchants troubleshooting issues.
Requirements:
Support experience involving disputes and chargeback claims.
Proven ability to kickstart projects and initiatives.
Affinity for technical and operational processes.
Experience in an international technology driven company or role is a plus.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
