Precision for Medicine is seeking a Manager, Site Start Up. In this role, the manager will oversee Regulatory and Start Up Specialists located in South Korea, Taiwan, and Australia. The Manager will report to company leadership and help Precision for Medicine serve clients researching cancer therapies. • Developing, mentoring, managing, and coaching SSU personnel.
• Maintaining routine 1:1 meetings with SSU personnel.
• Serving as SME support for Site Start up activities.
• Contributing to the development of training plans.
• Participating in the interview process for new SSU personnel.
• Managing FTE allocation per project.
• Providing on-going feedback, development, and coaching to line reports.
• Assisting with internal initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• A minimum of 6 years in clinical research including extensive experience of Site Start-up.
• Leadership experience or proven competencies for this position.
• Demonstrated knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and the clinical development process.
• Demonstrated competence in people management.
• Experience working in a team environment with resource management experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Products and clinical software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer service demeanour.
• Proven experience in strategic planning, risk management and change management.
• Fluency in English.
