Graphic Designer Specialist

Job Description

Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Graphic Designer Specialist to create visually compelling PowerPoint presentations and other graphic elements. The role supports the business development team by designing materials for bid proposals, RFIs, RFQs, and presentations.Role involves:

• Designing high-impact PowerPoint presentations and documents.
• Developing visual elements for digital marketing, including social media posts and digital ads.
• Collaborating with proposal managers and subject matter experts to visualize complex data.
• Ensuring visual content aligns with brand guidelines.
• Supporting the development of graphic templates, infographics, and other visual aids.
• Managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Editing and refining existing graphics for reuse.
• Maintaining a library of visual assets and templates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in design.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant graphic design experience.
• 1 to 2 years experience working in a customer-facing role.
• 1 years experience leading projects.
• Full understanding of color theory, typography, and visual communication principles.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) are a plus.
• Ability to interpret and visualize technical information.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Strong communication skills.
