Job Description

Precision for Medicine seeks a Manager, Site Start Up to manage Regulatory and Start Up Specialists in South Korea, Taiwan, and Australia. The role involves line management and ensuring quality standards are maintained.

• Developing, mentoring, and coaching SSU personnel.
• Maintaining routine 1:1 meetings with SSU personnel.
• Serving as SME support for Site Start up activities.
• Ensuring compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Contributing to training plans and holding SSU personnel accountable.
• Participating in the interview process for new SSU personnel.
• Contributing to the development of robust standards and processes.
• Managing FTE allocation per project.
• Providing ongoing feedback and performance reviews.
• Assisting with internal initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• 6+ years in clinical research with Site Start-up experience.
• Leadership experience.
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines.
• Competence in people management.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and clinical software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English.
