Job Description

Carta is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join their team. In this role, the individual will be responsible for standardizing and documenting core metrics, instrumenting new initiatives, generating insights into product features, identifying trends in historical data, and presenting findings to diverse audiences. They will also re-evaluate existing data infrastructure and dashboards, provide training sessions, and collaborate with the data team to develop new data products.Role involves:

Requirements:

• 5+ years of analytics experience in product analytics or data science
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to build relationships across the company
• Strong prioritization skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable presenting to all audiences
• Experience with SQL, Python, dbt, Snowflake, Looker/Metabase, and Git
