AXS Japan GK, a subsidiary of AEG, is seeking a Client Service Specialist to join their expanding operations in Tokyo. This role is ideal for individuals looking to develop their skills and take on more responsibilities over time. The Client Service Specialist will play an integral role in supporting the company's growing global footprint.
Responsibilities:
Configure and verify systems for ticket sales
Test system behavior
Monitor systems during event days (occasional on-site work may be required)
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, including weekends and holidays (shift work)
Respond to client inquiries and system requests, providing accurate and timely solutions
Handle settlement process, including detailed statements, estimates, and invoices
Participate in client meetings and discussions
Address and resolve customer inquiries promptly
Complete tasks as assigned by the company or supervisor.
Requirements:
Comfortable using PCs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and good at data entry
Willing to travel for business
Good at working with a team and communicating
Enjoy helping others and being appreciated
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and take initiative
Japanese language proficiency at N1 level
Advantage for those who can speak English in daily conversations
Passionate about live entertainment and sports
