Job Description
Archer, an aerospace company in San Jose, California, is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join its Supply Chain Systems and Governance team. The analyst will work closely with various supply chain functions to manage data and enable new process capabilities within Archer's systems. This role involves data analysis, ERP system management, and process improvement initiatives.

What this role involves:
  • Recording and managing supply chain data in Archer's ERP system.
  • Reconciling and analyzing data to ensure completeness in the ERP system.
  • Understanding business requirements related to supply chain data.
  • Developing metrics and dashboards in Archer's reporting solutions.
  • Assisting with ERP capability implementation and data migration.
  • Leading small capability improvement projects.
  • Documenting functional requirements and modeling business processes.
  • Defining data models for reporting databases.
  • Contributing to the strategic capabilities roadmap.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in data analysis, industrial engineering, or supply chain management.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or IT.
  • Experience with ERP systems like SAP, especially in data governance and analytics.
  • Experience with collaborative workflow solutions (JIRA, OnBase).
  • Experience with data analytics/visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, Qlik Sense).
  • Ability to query data using SQL.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

What Archer offers:
  • A base pay between $82,560 - $130,000, with actual compensation based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
