Job Description
Archer, an aerospace company, is seeking a Senior Staff SAP Business Analyst specializing in Costing. This role involves supporting all aspects of SAP FI/CO modules and related applications. The ideal candidate will be a Subject Matter Expert in costing activities, providing guidance to business teams and acting as a liaison between Finance/Costing and IT teams.Archer values diversity and inclusivity, offering an equitable environment for all team members.Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and execute cost accounting processes.
  • Review Bill of Materials (BOM) and production routing data.
  • Analyze manufacturing costs and reconcile inventory accounts.
  • Analyze variances between actual and standard costs.
  • Prepare month-end journal entries.
  • Support internal audits.
  • Track key cost metrics.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in SAP ERP Finance and Controlling, ideally with S4HANA.
  • Participation in 3+ SAP implementations.
  • 10+ years of experience in SAP systems.
  • CPA, Cost Accountant certification, or B.S. in Finance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits:
  • Targeted base pay between $163,200 - $204,000.
