Senior Analyst, Finance Operations

Job Description

Zip is seeking a Senior Analyst, Finance Operations to enhance core finance functions, including payroll, corporate cards, AP, and merchant payments. This role focuses on automation, compliance, and accuracy to streamline workflows, reduce risk, and drive operational efficiency. The Senior Analyst will report to the US Treasurer and support all aspects of America's business cash operations management.Role involves:

• Ensuring compliance and accuracy in treasury activities.
• Coordinating payroll and managing benefits.
• Managing travel arrangements and expense reporting.
• Processing vendor invoices and ensuring timely payments.
• Analyzing financial data and identifying discrepancies.
• Implementing financial controls to bolster accuracy and security.
• Administering expense management systems.
• Developing and maintaining dynamic spreadsheets for financial analysis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in finance/treasury roles.
• 5+ years specializing in Cash Operations (AP, payroll, expense reimbursement, corp credit card and travel).
• High-level intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Strong financial acumen with a deep understanding of accounting principles.
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
