Senior Product Manager- Merchant Integration and Embedded Finance

Zip is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead their Merchant Integration and Embedded Finance initiatives. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of B2B and B2C financial experiences through seamless merchant integrations and embedded finance capabilities. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for defining and executing strategies that enhance merchant adoption, streamline API integrations, and scale embedded financial products.He/She will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and scale merchant and developer-facing experiences that drive significant business impact. This role offers the flexibility of being remote-first for US-based employees, with an option to work in person at the Manhattan office.Role involves:

• Defining and driving the product strategy for merchant integration, embedded finance, and developer experience.
• Optimizing merchant onboarding and API integration.
• Building and scaling embedded finance solutions.
• Developing world-class developer experiences.
• Collaborating with Engineering, Compliance, Risk, Sales, and Partnerships.
• Defining key KPIs to measure merchant adoption and developer engagement.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of product management experience with a focus on embedded finance and merchant integrations.
• Expertise in API product management and developer platforms.
• Strong technical understanding of APIs and API security.
• Experience in regulated financial services and compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
