CloudSEK, a cybersecurity product company, is seeking a Product Support Engineer Intern in Bengaluru. The intern will be the first point of contact for users, providing support and resolving technical issues related to CloudSEK's product. This role involves troubleshooting, documenting user interactions, and escalating complex issues. The intern will also contribute to creating documentation and staying updated on cybersecurity threats and trends. CloudSEK offers an environment for skill development and meaningful work.

• Act as the first point of contact for user inquiries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues.
• Document user interactions and resolutions.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of documentation.
• Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams.

• Bachelors degree in Technology (B.Tech) or any other graduation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
