Recorded Future is seeking a Documentation Manager to establish a global content function. The Documentation Manager will define and scale the documentation strategy across all modules of the platform. The role involves introducing scalable workflows, elevating content quality and consistency, and empowering customers to self-serve and learn. This position plays a critical role in driving engagement and product adoption across a global user base.Responsibilities include:
Building scalable documentation workflows with SLAs and review processes.
Auditing, consolidating, and standardizing an existing library of documents.
Managing and evolving the global content translation initiative.
Creating high-impact, self-service content such as FAQs and how-to guides.
Developing best-practice resources to guide users through complex workflows.
Launching a strategy to transition customer-facing documentation into public-facing assets.
Collaborating cross-functionally.
Requirements include:
6+ years of technical writing or documentation management experience in a SaaS environment.
Experience leading large-scale documentation projects and process rollouts.
Ability to manage both content strategy and hands-on creation/editing.
Experience working across Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Confluence, Jira.
Understanding of cybersecurity or similarly complex domains.
Strong communication, prioritization, and project management skills.
