Job Description

G-P is seeking a Creative Lead, Art to join their creative team. The Art Director will play a key part in shaping the visual direction of digital campaigns, events, and integrated brand experiences. The Art Director will collaborate closely with copywriters, designers, and other creative team members to bring concepts to life, ensuring that the work is visually compelling, on-brand, and strategically aligned with stakeholder goals. This is a hands-on role where the Art Director will be responsible for executing and refining design concepts while also contributing to brainstorming sessions and creative strategy.

Role Involves:

  • Designing and executing high-quality visual assets for digital campaigns, social media, websites, emails, event materials, and more.
  • Collaborating with other creatives to develop integrated creative concepts.
  • Ensuring design work is on-brand and optimized for different platforms.
  • Assisting in the creation of presentations and pitches for clients.
  • Staying on top of design trends and industry best practices.
  • Working with production teams to manage the execution of creative concepts.
  • Supporting senior creative leads by taking direction and providing fresh ideas.
  • Contributing to brainstorming and ideation sessions.
  • Working across multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in art direction.
  • Strong design skills with expertise in typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling.
  • Experience designing for digital channels.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools.
  • Strong collaboration skills.
  • Ability to take creative direction and translate it into effective visual design.
  • Excellent time management skills.
