EarnIn is seeking a General Manager for its Payroll division. This role is pivotal in expanding access to earned wages, driving product innovation, and scaling EarnIn's offerings. The General Manager will lead the business unit with full P&L responsibility, focusing on growth, retention, sales, and partner relationship management. This is a hybrid role based in Mountain View, requiring three days per week in the office.
What this role involves: - Leading the business unit with full P&L responsibility.
- Defining and executing the vision for the Payroll product.
- Recruiting, developing, and managing a global team.
- Collaborating with Designers, Researchers, Engineers, and other teams.
- Fostering a fast-paced, iterative environment.
- Aligning multiple teams and managing competing priorities.
Requirements: - 5+ years of experience as a General Manager.
- 7+ years of experience in team building and leadership.
- Deep expertise in developing strategic B2B relationships.
- Experience in payments, payroll, and related FinTech market segment.
- Demonstrated strategic thought leadership.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Deep empathy for users.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
