Job Description
EarnIn is seeking a Senior Software Engineering Manager to join their Product Development organization, focusing on 0-1 product development. This role is based in Mountain View and requires in-person work 3 days a week. The Senior Engineering Manager will work with leadership to build a financial system for everyday people and partner with product and engineering teams to launch new products. They will create and implement a roadmap, make balanced decisions, and navigate uncertainty. The role involves coding, recruiting, mentoring, providing technical leadership, managing cross-functional relationships, and contributing to engineering-wide initiatives.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's, Master’s or PhD degree in computer science or related field.
- 10+ years of software development experience.
- 2+ years in a management capacity leading a 0-1 team.
- Experience building and managing a team of 4+ engineers.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
