Job Description
EarnIn is seeking a Head of Security & Trust Engineering to lead the development and execution of comprehensive security strategies. This role is crucial for ensuring the company's products and platforms are secure, resilient, and trusted. The Senior Director will lead globally distributed teams and collaborate with company leaders to drive innovation and align security initiatives with business goals. This position is based in Mountain View and requires at least two days a week in the office.
What This Role Involves:
- Defining and executing a forward-looking security strategy.
- Leading advanced threat detection and incident response programs.
- Overseeing the design and implementation of secure cloud infrastructure.
- Ensuring products meet the highest security standards.
- Developing secure authentication and identity verification solutions.
- Ensuring compliance with privacy laws and data protection.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of cybersecurity leadership experience in the fintech industry.
- 5+ years of experience delivering customer-centric products and services.
- Deep knowledge of security frameworks, cloud security, and product engineering.
- Experience building and growing globally distributed teams.
- Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, or GIAC.
