EarnIn is seeking a Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships to drive the strategy and execution of key partnerships in product, payments, and go-to-market initiatives. This role is not a sales position but focuses on sourcing, negotiating, and launching strategic partnerships to support cross-functional initiatives and accelerate EarnIn’s growth. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of the economics of the payments space and a demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges.What This Role Involves:
  • Defining the short and long-term vision for EarnIn’s partnerships strategy.
  • Sourcing, developing, negotiating, and executing multifaceted complex partnership strategies.
  • Establishing yourself as a trusted business partner to EarnIn’s business owners.
  • Fostering strong relationships with key external partners.
  • Staying abreast of key industry and competitive trends.
What We're Looking For:
  • 9+ years of experience working in tech product partnerships.
  • Experience in fintech or payments is a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to build senior relationships and navigate external organizations.
  • Strong attention to detail with a proven track record of success.
  • Expert negotiation skills with a strong understanding of high-impact commercial contracts.
  • A scrappy and humble mindset to work autonomously.
  • Strong desire to tackle complicated and impactful business problems.
