Strategy & Ops Manager

EarnIn is seeking a Strategy & Ops Manager to join the Office of the CEO. This role is crucial in shaping the company's direction and solving complex problems. The Strategy Manager will lead high-impact projects, contribute to planning, and translate strategic thinking into execution. This is a hybrid position based in Mountain View, CA, requiring 2-3 days per week in the office.What this role involves:

• Partnering with leadership on strategic initiatives.
• Supporting annual and long-range planning.
• Conducting market research and competitive analysis.
• Building business cases for new opportunities.
• Creating board- and exec-ready materials.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with various teams.

What EarnIn is looking for:

• 6+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or corporate development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• High proficiency in Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides.
• A bias toward action and adaptability.
• Intellectual curiosity and ability to learn quickly.
• Startup experience and enthusiasm for FinTech (preferred).
• BS/BA required.
