Illustrator- Designer

EarnIn is seeking an Illustrator-Designer to create compelling visual assets that bring the brand's personality to life and enhance marketing initiatives. The Illustrator-Designer will play a key role in developing high-quality illustrations and expanding the visual bank, helping to accomplish EarnIn’s aesthetic and strategic goals across various channels.This role involves:

• Developing original illustrations for various platforms.
• Translating complex concepts into visually engaging artwork.
• Collaborating with designers, marketers, and content creators.
• Ensuring illustrations adhere to brand guidelines.
• Expanding current brand guidelines.
• Revising and refining illustrations based on feedback.
• Staying up-to-date with design trends.

The ideal candidate should have:

• 3+ years of experience in illustration for marketing, branding, or product design.
• Strong artistic ability and proficiency in illustration tools (Adobe Illustrator, Procreate, Figma).
• Understanding of composition, color, and typography.
• Adaptability and enthusiasm.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
