Job Description

EarnIn is seeking a Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team in Mexico City. The Recruiter will focus on hiring technical and G&A talent, partnering closely with local teams to build hiring strategies and pipelines. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the talent market and strong skills in sourcing and closing Mid and Senior level talent.

This is a hybrid position based in EarnIn's Mexico City office. EarnIn offers excellent benefits, including healthcare, internet/cell phone reimbursement, a learning and development stipend, and potential travel opportunities to the Palo Alto HQ.

What this role involves:

• Sourcing talent from a variety of tools.
• Building candidate pipelines of technical talent.
• Defining hiring strategy for individual roles and the region.
• Organizing hiring and networking events.
• Providing an exceptional candidate experience.
• Closing and onboarding talent to EarnIn.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of technical and G&A recruiting experience.
• Experience developing strategic sourcing and recruiting strategies.
• Fluency in ATS systems (ideally Greenhouse) and 3P tools.
• A data-driven mindset.
• Deep knowledge of the Engineering and G&A talent market.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience building solid relationships with executives and talent.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• A passion for financial fairness and mobile technology.
