Staff Product Manager (Card)

Job Description

EarnIn is seeking a Staff Product Manager for Card Products to help reinvent the financial system. The candidate will be responsible for scaling the core product and building product innovations to drive growth. This Mountain View-based position requires in-office work 2-3 days a week.What this role involves:

• Delivering a first-class, innovative Card payments experience.
• Creating feedback loops with community members.
• Communicating the product vision and roadmap.
• Defining OKRs and setting stretch goals.
• Leading a cross-functional team.
• Analyzing metrics to track progress.
• Identifying and prioritizing new product opportunities.
• Designing and executing features and experiments.
• Collaborating with stakeholders across various departments.

What the candidate should have:

• 6+ years of product management experience.
• Strong technical background in credit cards or card payments.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong product/design sense.
• Deep user empathy.
• Experience with rapid experimentation.
• Ability to influence and build alignment across teams.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
