Job Description
EarnIn is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to play a critical role in driving growth. This role involves using analytics to inform business and marketing priorities, driving data-backed experiments, delivering value across the consumer lifecycle, and measuring performance for future optimizations. The Senior Data Analyst will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to establish end-to-end measurement and reporting, implement rigorous testing methodologies, and drive strategic analyses.
What this role involves:
- Driving strategic analyses to identify key growth opportunities for EarnIn across Product and Marketing.
- Partnering with the Product and Marketing teams to design and run experiments.
- Upgrading EarnIn’s experimentation stack by implementing tools such as Sequential Testing, Bayesian testing, and CUPED.
- Partnering with the Machine Learning Engineering team to design and build models that can customize our LCM experience.
- Monitoring and proactively surfacing/troubleshooting any problems across the key business metrics and drive resolution of these issues.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics/data science in a B2C role.
- Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels (Meta, Google, email, push notification, SMS).
- Experience designing, running, and interpreting experiments.
- Expert skillset in SQL and experience with Python or R.
- Practical knowledge of state-of-the-art experimentation tools such as Sequential Testing, Champion/Challenger, CUPED, etc.
- Practical knowledge of machine learning techniques.
- Ability to extract insights from large data sets & seamlessly translate into actionable recommendations across the consumer journey.
- Ability to establish and maintain excellent processes while allowing for creative thinking and flexibility in ambiguous situations.
- Curiosity and passion for deeply understanding analytical problems and translating this to stakeholders.
- Experience in Fintech is a bonus.
