• Owning customer context and deeply understanding their business domains and systems.

• Supporting pre-sales efforts by scoping new opportunities and defining technical requirements.
• Leading innovation and staying ahead of emerging trends in AI and software integration.
• Maintaining quality and compliance standards.

• 8+ years in solution architecture or consulting roles focused on enterprise-scale software implementations.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and modern integration patterns.
• Strong understanding of customer priorities and ability to translate business needs into technical plans.
• Problem-solving skills with a growth mindset, capable of crafting scalable architectures.
• Exceptional communication skills to convey complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency with project planning tools and methodologies.
• Proven ability to define and track success through OKRs, KPIs, and business outcomes.
• Background in SaaS or enterprise platforms with understanding of extensibility.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
