Software Engineer - Applied AI Support

Job Description

DevRev is seeking a Software Engineer - Applied AI Support to join their Customer Success team in Buenos Aires, Argentina. DevRev's AgentOS is designed for SaaS companies, connecting various teams on a common platform to enhance product velocity and reduce customer churn.He/She will play a crucial role in supporting DevRev users, ensuring they derive maximum value from the platform. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and excellent communication skills to effectively address customer needs and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Responsibilities:

• Triaging bugs and feature requests, maintaining constant communication with customers.
• Analyzing trends, testing, and training the DevRev bot regularly.
• Educating and empowering DevRev users to fully utilize the product.
• Serving as a technical expert, answering product questions.
• Building and maintaining relationships with customers.
• Championing customer needs and collaborating with product & engineering teams.
• Developing customizations using ReactJS, HTML/CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, SQL, and Golang.
• Providing round-the-clock support for DevRev users.
• Building Q&A pairs for the bot and innovating to enhance its capabilities.
• Understanding customer signals and collaborating with customer success teams to prevent churn.
• Suggesting value-added features to help customers enhance their business goals.

Requirements:

• BE/B Tech, or equivalent educational or professional experience.
• 3-5 years of Support Experience.
• Proficiency in ReactJS, HTML/CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, SQL, and Golang.
• Comfortable in technical conversations with technical and non-technical people.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
