Job Description
Contentful is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to help customers understand the role of content in modern digital experiences. The Senior Sales Engineer will work with Account Executives through the sales cycle, including technical discovery, product presentations, and solution design sessions. They will build relationships with customer stakeholders and become a trusted advisor.

Role involves:
  • Co-piloting sales opportunities.
  • Understanding customer objectives.
  • Validating Contentful's value through demonstrations and POCs.
  • Assisting with RFIs, RFPs, and security questionnaires.
  • Relaying product feedback.
  • Mentoring other Sales Engineers.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
  • 3-5 years of sales engineering experience selling cloud solutions.
  • Understanding of the Digital Marketing function and KPIs.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • High degree of emotional intelligence.
  • Intellectual curiosity for technology and business value.
