Job Description

Creditas is seeking an Agile Growth Pleno to join their team in São Paulo, Brazil. Creditas is the largest online credit platform in Latin America. The Agile Growth Pleno will be responsible for organizing information from JIRA, building analyses and dashboards, structuring agile frameworks, supporting multidisciplinary teams, and leading experimentation processes.

Responsibilities:

• Organizing information from JIRA and creating executive dashboards.
• Structuring agile frameworks to promote a culture of value delivery and continuous improvement.
• Supporting teams in developing growth and efficiency strategies.
• Structuring and evolving metrics and KPIs to measure performance.
• Leading experimentation and data-driven learning cycles.

Requirements:

• Experience with agile methods applied to growth and innovation (Scrum, Kanban, Lean Startup, Growth Hacking).
• Strong data analysis and metrics skills.
• Experience in fostering experimentation and hypothesis testing.
• Knowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence, and metric dashboards.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders.
• Availability for hybrid work in São Paulo.
