Creditas is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join its Product Technology team. This role involves scaling the business, optimizing processes, reducing costs, and delivering the best experience for customers. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology and making a difference.This Senior Data Engineer will be responsible for:

• Developing new data products for the business.
• Maintaining legacy pipelines using ETL/ELT techniques.
• Processing data in near real-time.
• Ensuring data quality and security.
• Managing large volumes of data from various sources.
• Collaborating with business stakeholders.
• Identifying requirements for new data products.
• Resolving data problems and proposing innovative solutions.
• Providing technical guidance to the team.
• Contributing to continuous improvement through automation.

Requirements for this role include:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Solid experience with Python and SQL.
• Knowledge of Spark and Airflow.
• Experience with AWS (S3, Redshift, EMR, Glue).
• Advanced data modeling skills.
• Experience with batch and streaming data ingestion (Kafka, DMS).
• Proficiency in code versioning with GitHub.
• Intermediate knowledge of distributed databases.
• Knowledge of Terraform, Docker, Hadoop, and Confluent Cloud (desirable).
• Availability for hybrid work in São Paulo (Berrini region).
