Job Description
Interface.ai is seeking a Senior Strategic Partner Manager to foster the success of existing partner relationships. This role is operationally focused and requires a data-driven professional who can drive measurable impact. The Senior Strategic Partner Manager will be responsible for partner onboarding, attribution, and performance reporting, supporting lead generation and revenue acceleration goals. They will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to optimize partner engagement and ensure alignment across the go-to-market strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding and activation efforts for new partners.
- Develop and maintain internal documentation and partner knowledge base content.
- Own Salesforce/CRM operations related to partnerships.
- Build dashboards and reports to analyze partner performance.
- Create and maintain financial models for revenue sharing.
- Deliver performance metrics during internal reviews and QBRs.
- Monitor ongoing partner engagement and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with Marketing to coordinate co-branded events and campaigns.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure GTM readiness.
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of experience in partner enablement, strategic operations, account management, or B2B SaaS partnerships.
- Strong knowledge of the fintech and banking ecosystem.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Ability to synthesize performance data and present actionable insights.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
- Proactive and communicative mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- Skill in using prompt engineering techniques to enhance productivity.
