Job Description

Huspy, a leading proptech company in the EMEA region, is seeking a Real Estate Agent to join their team in Dubai. This role is specifically for UAE Nationals, aligning with the UAE government's Emiratisation initiative. The Real Estate Agent will guide clients through property transactions, conduct property viewings, and negotiate contracts. They will also stay updated with market trends and collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets.Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through property transactions (buying, selling, renting).
• Conduct property viewings and provide market insights.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Stay updated with market trends and property offerings.
• Seek referrals from satisfied clients.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

• UAE Family Book (Khulasat Al Qaid) is mandatory.
• Experience in the Real Estate industry with Dubai market knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, customer service, and presentation skills.
• Motivated and able to work independently and in a team.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
