Xometry, a company that connects people with manufacturers, is seeking an Ad Operations Specialist. This role is within Thomas, A Xometry Company, the advertising platform for manufacturing businesses. The Ad Ops Specialist will be responsible for the performance of daily functions within the ad server, Kevel, and will contribute to a high-growth technology company with a high-performance culture. Responsibilities: - Input advertising contract terms into the ad server.
- Set up and manage advertising campaigns across various platforms.
- Ensure timely and correct ad delivery.
- Proactively source and implement ad tech for optimization.
- Manage ad scheduling and deployment.
- Run ad testing and provide insights.
- Identify and resolve technical issues.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide reports.
- Provide thought leadership to sales teams and clients.
- Secure necessary assets from advertisers.
- Maintain ad specs for all digital products.
- Implement campaign optimization requests.
Qualifications: - Direct experience using an ad server (ideally Kevel).
- Experience implementing ad tech.
- Experience educating team members in Ad Ops.
- Ability to communicate complex technical issues simply.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ad operations/digital media.
- Understanding of digital advertising pricing models.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of Salesforce and order management systems.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
