Job Description
Xometry, a company that connects people with manufacturers, is seeking an Ad Operations Specialist. This role is within Thomas, A Xometry Company, the number one advertising platform for manufacturing businesses. The Ad Ops Specialist will be responsible for the daily functions within the ad server, Kevel, and will contribute to the growth of a developing organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Input advertising contract terms into the ad server.
  • Set up and manage advertising campaigns across platforms.
  • Ensure timely and correct ad delivery.
  • Source and implement ad tech to optimize offerings.
  • Manage ad scheduling and deployment.
  • Run ad testing and provide insights.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide reports.
  • Provide thought leadership to various teams.
  • Secure necessary assets from advertisers.
  • Maintain ad specs and identify innovation spaces.
  • Implement campaign optimization requests.

Requirements:
  • Direct experience using an ad server (ideally Kevel).
  • Experience implementing ad tech.
  • Experience educating team members in Ad Ops.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical issues.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in ad operations/digital media.
  • Understanding of digital advertising pricing models (CPC, CPA, CPM, CPV).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and order management systems.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
