Muck Rack, a leading SaaS platform for public relations and communications professionals, is seeking a strategic and driven Solutions Consultant, Media Intelligence to join their team. This role is fully remote and focused on driving new revenue, shaping the go-to-market strategy, and building lasting client relationships in the media intelligence space.
Role involves: - Serving as a media intelligence subject-matter expert during the sales process.
- Collaborating with Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
- Assisting in qualifying opportunities and aligning client needs with Muck Rack's offerings.
- Delivering tailored demos, technical walkthroughs, and presentations.
- Supporting RFP responses, custom proposal creation, and technical documentation.
- Using CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce to track activity.
- Providing updates on monthly sales performance and forecasts.
Requirements: - 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in software, services, or SaaS.
- Prior experience in media monitoring, analytics, or PR tech.
- Background in journalism, media strategy, or communications is a plus.
- Familiarity with KPIs and success metrics used by PR or communications teams.
- Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and connect insights to customer needs.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Must be based in the US.
